75cl Fles. Troebel amber-bruine kleur. Aroma is wat zurig, smaak ook, licht peperig, hint van thee, meer een saison dan Mild Ale maar wel weer lekker.

Pas fameuse cette Gun Powder qui allié à une acidité marquée, une base maltée relativement développée qui décevront les amoureux de l'acidité sans pour autant charmer ceux qui l'évitent à haute dose comme moi. Forte effervescence en verre donnant naissance à une mousse blanc cassé d'1 cm avec une robe blond orangé. Le nez est assez basique sur le vinaigre de pomme et le citron. En bouche, c'est quasiment la même chose avec une acidité marquée à l'attaque avec de légères épices en complément. La base maltée adoucit quelque peu l'acidité en seconde bouche avec un alcool, à 7,5 % qui se fait légèrement ressentir. L’arrière-bouche est très portée sur l'acidité alors que sur le final celle-ci s'allie à l'alcool sur un duo atypique. Corpulence et longueur sont bonnes pour le style. Pas convaincu.

Bottle 750ml. @ home. [ As Fantôme / LandLocked Gun Powder Mild Ale ].Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, light hoppy, flowers, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, dry, dusty, saison yeast, floral, herbs, minerals. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, wheat - caramel, fruity yeast, candy, herbs - floral, tea - green tea. IMO. good balanced beer. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20190103] 7-3-7-3-15

Bottle at Uiltje Bar. Clearish golden color white head. Earthy green tea aroma on a background of light funk. Taste is Japanese green tean, dust, light white pepper.

Bottle. Etre Gourmet. 8% (like the majority of Fantome?). Deep orange. Soft haze. Thick, pillowy, lasting, off white head. Nose has gingery spice. Tea leaves. Bouquet garni. Some paper. Some dried apricot. Taste is sweet and gluey. Some spicy bitterness. Medium body. Feels a bit flabby. Soft carbonation. Bitter and papery finish. Way off either of these brewer’s best.

Murky amber with little white head. Aroma is funky yeast, grapes, slight gooseberries, gunpowder, mango. Taste is some green leaves, fresh yeast, fruity, some mealy tongue stuff. Mild? Check.

Big bottle. Cloudy orange big golden cream. Citric, spicy, artificial berry nose. Fizzy creamy body. Peach and Mango schnapps, wheaty dry, berry finish. Bath bomb in a bottle.

Bottle. Hazy orange color with huge and stable fluffy white head. Aroma is fresh yeast and gunpowder, flowery, peach, mango. Taste is gunpowder, tart, peach, earthy, bananas, freshly pressed orange juice, mango, flowery. Silky mouthfeel with high carbonation. Fun!
