En mørk og fyldig “bayersk øl”,med en god sødme, fra den mørke munchermalt og svag bitterhed fra tyske humler.

Bottled at Københavnske Øldage. Cloudy nut brown. Buttery nose with some medicinal notes. Sweet with rounded mouthfeel and medium body. Bready malt mixes with medicin, plastic and phenols. Short bitterish finish.

(Bottle 50 cl) Hazy, orangey brown with a dense, beige head. Pleasant aroma of roasted malt. Medium body with lightly sweet, roasted malt. Dry and hoppy finish. Quite solid. 150107

50 cL bottle. Pours deep brown (almost black) with white and quickly diminishing white head. Aroma of roasted malt and rye. Taste is very malty, almost like bread. Sweet malty taste followed a good bitterness in the finish. Good beer and simple dunkel.

Bottle. Clear deep chestnut colour. The flavour is slightly sweet, but rather thin. Not interesting.

Bottled. An unclear brown beer with a red shine under a thin brown head. The aroma is sweet with notes of rye bread, and lighter notes of caramel and roasted malt. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of rye bread, and caramel, while the body is thin. I wonder why it is unclear - to me a dunkel should be clear.

Bottled. Brown, almost clear, with a nice beige head. Caramel, roasted malt and some chocolate in the aroma. The flavor has a fine balance between roast and sweetness, with some fruit and hops. Medium body and a warming finish, despite of it’s only 5% ABV. There is some vague hints of cooked vegetables in the finish which I don’t like, but they are hardly noticable. (061007)
