cloudy citrussy yellow, white head. slightly sour, slightly citrussy aroma, resembling a witbeer or weissbier. flavor is fruity sour, slight citrussy, yet, unlike a weissbier or wit, have quite some hoppy bitterness. strangely the end is not bitter, but sweet and citrussy and dry. A refreshing but also very strange and different beer. i didn’t mind the low alc%, taste is full nevertheless.

Had this at the European Beer Festival, Kobenhaven 13-09-08 Nice soft beer in the mouth, some carbonation, good tanginess with little citric bite. Quite decent for the strength.

50cl bottle. Pours pale & hazy yellow with a humongous white foam - keeps on exploding - pretty annoying. Pretty pissed at this beer already. Aroma is corn/hay/yeast - very sour - Yikes. Watery & thin palate. Taste is grainy & fruity & overall decent compared to aroma. Interesting idea - but it doesnt work!

Bottle. Unclear sparkling light yellow color with a large to huge, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate yeasty, yeast, butter. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Very nice, smooth and refreshing (241007)

50 cL bottle. Pours pale and hazy yellow with a frothing white head. Aroma is floral and slight cornish. Fruity floral flavour, peachy, with a minor corn note. Fruity and slight bitter finish. Good lighter brew.

(Draught at Plan B, Copenhagen, 18 May 2007) Pale yellow colour, hazy, huge white head. Spicy, fruity nose with notes of coriander, clove and lemon. Fruity, spicy taste with the same elements (clove, coriander, lemon) and a puff of spicy hops in the finish. Light body, rather dry and fairly bitter. A bit like a belgian wit, but druyer and more bitter. Interesting, and more taste than the abv would suggest.

Tap, Plan B. Cloudy yellow white color, medium white head. Looks like a belgian white. Aroma is quite weak of banana, some what. Quite bitter belgian white style beer, thick wheaty. Then it’s not too bad.
