Sample from 50 cl bottle. Clear amber golden colour with a thin white head. Sweet aroma with caramel malts, fruits, dusty chocolate, a roasted note. Taste is sweet. Medium bodied. Slightly drying roasted finish. Pretty boring.

Bottled. Hazy amber colour with a mediumsized off-white head. Aroma is caramel, wood, mild berries and herbs. Flavour is similar, but a bit out of balance. Mild dusty notes in the finish as well.

On tap at Århus Ølfestival. Served a clear amber body with a small, off-white head. Sweetish, cellarish nose with some caramel and fruits, and a faint note reminding med of the inside of a hen-house. Sweet, caramel flavor with fruits and some cellar, leading to a fruity finish. Full body. Strange. (080516)

Draught at Københavnske Øldage. Hazy copper colour, small head. Very roasty malt aroma. Medium bodied with soft mouthfeel. Buttery roasty malt dominates, notes of red currant and syrup. Light salty finish. Solid vienna!
