2/1/2023. BIAB sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed. Pours clear golden with a few small bubbles. Aroma is funky, mucky, straw, horse blanket, edge of smoky bacon. Medium sweetness, touch of tart. Medium body, oily, very soft carbonation. Drying, fruity tannic finish. Enjoyed this.

BIAB at Nottingham Beer and Cider Festival 2022. Golden colour, no head and aroma of apple, fruity, orchardy, woody funk. Taste is fruity apple, orchardy with drying tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium dry tangy tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Polycask at Banbury Beer Festival 07-05-10 Hazy lemon colour, soft in the mouth. This is a touch woody and whilst a nice cider , it is dangerously squash like at times and too easily glugable. Some wood and alcohol on the nose with the apple. A7 A3 F7 P4 Ov14 3.5

From barrel @ GBBF 2007, London. Hazy light to medium yellow color with virtually none head. Aroma is apple with a nice dry finish. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat.
