330ml bottle from Ludlow Food Festival. Bottle says 7%. Fairly dry and acidic for a medium. Taste brings to mind strong, dry cider apples such as Kingston Black with a complex, tangy aftertaste that thankfully doesn’t get too syrupy. Nice stuff.

From bottle, The Good Food Show 01-12-07 Wonderful cider that was really rather refreshing, ok so it was maybe a touch on the sweet side, but lovely, appley, fresh and moreish.

From barrel @ GBBF 2007, London. Hazy orange green grey color with virtually none head. Aroma is moderate apple, sour, horse stable. Flavor is light to moderate sweet with some sourness and with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat.
