31/8/2019. Cask at the Mauldons Brewery Tap, Sudbury. Pours pale gold with a small white head. Aroma of grass, citrus, hops, flowers and malt. Moderate sweetness and bitterness with light tartness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation.

From old notes. Vacation in England 2000. Cask @ The Alexandra, Norwich. Nice blonde ale, firm, bitterish and fruity. Good.

Warning! Early amateur rating! On tap at the Sun Inn, Kelvedon. Amber beer. Sharp and sweet. Floral mid notes and a lingering semi bitter finish. Nice.

Cask @ Bon Accord. Clear golden colour, white head. Aroma is caramel malts, citrus, a bit spicy. Flavour is dry biscuit, citrus, spicy. Dry finish. Very well drinkable.

Cask (handpump) @ GBBF 2007, London. Clear medium yellow color with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, moderate hoppy, citrus, light toffee and butter. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to short duration. ( A bit borring but refreshing and with a good balance) Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat.

Cask@GBBF2007. Yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity hops along with wooden hints. Also slight sourness is to be found. Flavour is malts, fruits and grassy hops along with a lot of wood in the finish.

Cask handpull at Gallus, Glasgow. Gold, lasting white head. It’s an ok golden ale, some citrus, bit stale. OK hop.

[Cask at Wetherspoons] A yellow beer with a small white head. The aroma is quite hoppy, while the flavor is sweet malty with loads of hops.
