From a tap, barely any hop smell, quite interesting. Darker than yer typpy ipa. Initially quite mild and more spicey than an ipa. However, that hop bitter thing starts happenen as the session continues. Builds to provide a long bitter finish. If you like ipa give this a try, tho as a lager lover Im not impressed.

My final CT beer of the 5 pack and probably best of the bunch. Pours nice bright copper with soapy head. Fruity and floral aroma. Taste is of tropical fruits and banana, light hop bitterness, caramel, earth, and cloves. Lingering finish and crisp. Nice surprise

Bottle. A very nice IPA, and a fine example of the East Coast IPA style. Pours a deep, amber-ruby with a creamy, off-white head that leaves considerable lacing. Aroma of earthy hops, dirt, florals, and some light toffee. Flavor is rich and nicely balanced. Tasty, caramel malty sweetness up front, followed with deep, earthy bitterness and a hoppy, sticky finish. Medium bodied with soft carbonation, this brew has an almost creamy texture. Very good.

Bottle from joshuahfl. Pours a clear ruddy copper with a foamy off-white head. Aroma of light roast caramel and some floral hop. Medium body with near chewy carbonation. It’s roast caramel and mostly floral hop. Could be ESB. Bitter is there but not huge. Quite a nice beer.
