Hazy golden with a large foamy head. Tangy and sweet with strong orange followed by grapefruit and faint pineapple. Long finish. Medium body.

Fairly hazy deep golden, peach and copper coloured body with a thick, four to five centimetre tall rich tan head. Aroma of pineapple, grassy and very fruity hops with a nice light kick from the malt, but this is largely about the fruit with the pineapple hitting especially hard. Light to Medium-bodied; Strong grassy and fruity notes up front with a good malt backbone without any real alpha acid or bitterness from the hops at all. Some of the fruits are noticeable after a few seconds, but the effervscence hits hard and leaves some nice carbonation throughout. Aftertaste shows a good fruity kick with the pineapple, oranges and grass noticeable along with a touch of light malt with some leftover caster sugar. Overall, a nice and fresh fruity beer with an ever-so-slight hop kick that shows the style nicely (it's hard to find good APA anymore!) with a good addition that the fruit makes. I sampled this twelve ounce can, purchased from Hy-Vee (27th Street) in Lincoln, Nebraska on 10-October-2019 for US$1,67 sampled at home in Washington on 13-March-2020.
