Cask @ GBBF 2007. Pours a dark amber color with an off-white head. Sweet malty and slightly roasted aroma with some chocolate hints. Sweet malty caramel flavor with some roasted hints and hints of chocolate. Dry malty caramel finish.

Cask@GBBF2007. Dark amber colour, mediumsized longlasting beige head. Aroma is mildly roasted malts, and some wooden hints. Flavour is mild woodenness along with fruits and big mild hops.

Cask gravity @ GBBF 2007, London. Clear medium amber color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, chocolate. Flavor is light to moderate sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium to light, texture is watery, carbonation is flat.

Cask@Kent Beer Festival 2006. Dark amber color, small white head. Fruity, slightly sweet nose. In the start fruity malty, but then the finish is moderate bitter. Long hoppy aftertaste. Well-balanced bitter.
