ChrisO’s Christmas Tasting. Cloudy brown beer, small tidy tan head. Light soft airy palate. Sour coca cola and Dr Pepper with a wad of bubblegum thrown in. Finishes sourish, slightly creamy and dry. Somewhat odd but drinkable.

Hazy dark amber color, with red hue; small creamy head. Dusty caramel aroma. Sweetish caramel flavor with a trace of vegetables. Correct bitterness and a light fruity touch. It’s not bad, but the light off flavor reduces somehow the experience.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of Ungstrup. Pours amber with a rough off-white head. Sweet aroma of fruit and burned caramel. Solid body, burned caramel and fruit with a vague ashiness and some perfumy hops. Hardly any bitterness but a vague underlying tartness. 301109

Bottled. A deep red beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet with notes of toffee, over ripe fruits, and vegetables. The flavor is sweet mlaty with primary notes of berries, but also lighter notes of metal and hints of an underlying acidity.

Red-brown with a creamy off-white lasting head. Malt and toffee in the aroma. Malt dominated flavour with some bacteria tartness. Supposedly not meant to be that way, but I liked it a lot :)

Bottle at Chris_o Shindig. Some dark/reddish malts. It’s not Scottish. Red flemish sour. Vinegary. Pretty yuckish. God that’s terrible, with terrible candy sugar too. I think it was infected.
