Keg at the brewery taproom. Pours clear, deep gold with a creamy, off-white head. The nose has a hit of smoked ham, toasted leaves, brown bread. Light-medium sweet flavor with a hit of honey-cured ham, lightly toasted bread, earth and leaves. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Nicely balanced on the finish with further restrained smoke, ham, bread, some orange rind. A little relaxed, but solid overall.
