Cask at the Old Fourpenny Shop, Warwick. Reddish brown in colour with a dense cream head; fruity aroma; sweet and fruity flavour but rather thin; the finish has sweet, stale, digestive biscuit with some underlying bitter hops. Rather unexceptional.

Cask. Clear dark amber golden with a small off-white head. Lightly roasted malt in the nose, perhaps a wee whiff of ginger. Medium body, flat, spicy - a little ginger and licorice. Hardly any bitterness. Interesting and different. 180110
