Keg at the Pony Bar UES - NYC. Poura hazy gold with a creamy, white head. Great aroma, lots of bright, juicy citrus fruits, mango, tangerine, nips of pale bread. Light to medium sweet flavor with nicely rounded, dynamic citrus character, more orange, tangerine, some mango and papaya, balanced underlying pale malt sugars. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Nicely balanced to finish, crisp and jucy, with dry pale bread, light rindy bitterness, lingering tangerine. Excellent. Either the brewery has improved this beer markedly, or the Daddy and I need to have a serious heart to heart next time we meet.
