Cask at the Lock Tavern - London. Pours perfectly clear gold with a frothy, white head. Nice citrusy hops in the nose, grapefruit, tangerine, some melon too. Light sweet flavor with balanced pale malt sugars, more grapefruit, light drying pith, slight cleansing minerals, hints of straw and pine. Light bodied with fine carbonation; good condition. Well balanced on the finish with more citrusy hops, pithy grapefruit, mellow tangerine, restrained pale bread. A slow starter but by the end I was quite impressed by this one. Great stuff.
