Cask at the Old Red Cow - London. Pours clear brown with a creamy, off-white head. The nose holds tangy berries, blackberries, light dusty cocoa. Light sweet flavor with sturdy berry tang, semi-dark chocolate, light burnt earth. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Tangy dark berry finish with chalky chocolate, soft roast. Good, tight. The sour/ tang adds a pleasant nuance.
