Cask at the Exmouth Arms - London. Pours clearish, amber-brown with a frothy, tan head. You definitely get some ripe cherry in the nose with subtle tang and chalky cocoa as well. Light sweet flavor with lots of baking cocoa, bitt cherry pits, supple earth. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Light sweetness to finish with more bittersweet baking cocoa, dried cherries, light bitter berry skins. The cherry character comes through strongest in the aroma. Good overall, dynamic.
