Gravity cask at the Gipsy Hill location - London. Pours clear gold with a bubbly white head. The nose has toasty grains, bread and some apple. Light sweet flavor with leafy bitterness, earth, plastic, grain husk, orange rind, some off notes including smoke and minerals. Light bodied with soft carbonation. Grainy bitter finish with toasted bread, minerals, pine needles, husk and cereal. Meh.
