Cask at the Park Tavern - London. Pours clear, light amber-brown with a frothy white head. The nose holds toasty dough, grains and light pine. Light sweet flavor with notes of bread, toffee, grains, light chocolate and toffee, modest leafy bitterness, earth. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Pretty nicely balanced to finish with some toasted caramel, more grainy bread, ripening berries. Just a little watery but otherwise a highly serviceable bitter.
