Our take on a classic French farmhouse ale. Brewed with our house ale yeast at cool temperatures and then lagered. Clean, bready, mildly sweetish malts with a subtle fruitiness from French hops. Spiced with black pepper.

Sampled at the Funky 8 - Barcade, Brooklyn, NYC. Pours cloudy, amber-orange with a moderate, foamy head. Lots of bread. Lightly boozy. Some sugars, caramel. So so.
