Cask at the Market Porter. Pours a clear, light gold with a bubbly white head. Strong, rich organic honey and straw in the nose. Sweet flavor with more honey and caramel and lots of bread, plus some light straw bitters. Light bodied with fine carbonation. The breadiness lingers pleasantly in the finish, with just lightly drying hops. A very nice beer.
