Cask at the Euston Tap. A very dynamic beer. Pours light brown with a soft, off-white head. Among a predominantly roasty aroma flashes of ginger surge through like lightning. The flavor is sweet with subtle mocha notes and spiced up by the ginger. There is a modest bitterness from both the roasty malts and the ginger. Light to medium in body with fine carbonation. Great finish, sweet with chocolaty roast and ginger lingering in the back of the throat. A really nice beer.
