500ml bottle. Slightly hazy bright orange body with almost no head. Aroma is sweet malt and bitter honey!?. Flavor is sweet and acrid with malt and honey, not very harmonic.

Bottled. A clear-looking golden beer with a white head. Quite neutral aroma with some sweetness. Weak, neutral flavor as well, with malt, honey and flowers. Medium body. A boring, drinkable beer. (070302)

Bottle. Excellent creamy fully lasting head. Amber colour. Week but nice aroma and flavor. Not so sweet as expected, regarding 20 kg of honey/800 L beer.

Cloudy amber color, big head. Sweet aroma of cookies, flowers, vanilla. Sweet malty taste, can be the honey, and some whisky malt, cookies. Good structure. Quite good hopping, ends with some hop aromas and honey. Good, interesting.

(Bottle 70 cl) Slightly hazy amber colour with a fine, small, creamy head. Distinct honey in the nose - flowery, even fresh. Taste also dominated by honey, but in no way sweet, this is surprisingly dry. Soft and smooth mouthfeel. 200605

Bottled. Cloudy amber with soft rounded mouthfeel. Very sweet, the aroma is all about honey. The sweetness however is accompanied by solid, mild maltiness and a fairly bitter finish. An aromatic, too sweet, but well made beer.

A very lively bottle to open. The beer is an unclear dark orange topped with a small off-white head. The aroma is sweet spicy with distinct notes of honey. The flavor is very sweet with strong notes of honey, but also notes of fruit, leading to a very dry end. The mouthfeel is very smooth - maybe because much of the carbonation disappeared from the lively opening? It is a bit too sweet for my liking.
