bottle from Vinoble-favrskov clear yellow, smooth white head. honey, herbal-citrussy flowery notes in the aroma. flavor is straw, hay, grass, honey, the hop bitterness does not work well with the honey sweetness. also some caramel. does not taste good, too cloying. too sweet and too fruit-peely bitterness.

Golden with a small white head. Herbal fermented honey aroma, with a little hops, and unfortunately some green apple. Quite sweet with just a hint of honey. I should say to the praise of this beer that most of my less geeky colleagues absolutely love it.
