Tap @ Barreirinha Bar Café, Funchal. Clear golden body with a small white head. Mild aroma of apple juice. Flavor is sweet apple juice, very plain with no complexity. Kind of refreshing even if sweet but not very impressive.

Nice fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head, straw colored. Aroma is mild fruity, apple juice, hay, apple peel, minerals, yeast, grass, apple cores. Taste is slightly fresh fruity, slightly watery fresh apple juice, apple cores, hay, yeast, grass, minerals, apple peel, hints of citrus. Medium bitterness, slightly watery and fresh fruity mouthfeel. Light and easy drinking. Not bad given it’s only 3,5%.
