Boyttle. Thanks too Yngwie. Frothy lightbrown excellent fully deminishing head. Clody ugly brown colour. Moderate malty almost no yeasty aroma. Nice powerfull bitter flavor. Oily palate but way too fizzy. This beer was not crafsmanship.

500ml bottle (batch 31, bb. April β09). Gives a shot and a good smoke when opened. The content tries to get out of the bottleneck on its own (so be sure to have a glass nearby). Huge, noisy brownish foam, quickly disappearing, but can be enjoyed every time you fill the glass. Aroma has got notes of spiciness, some wheat and dark malt. Sweet espresso taste with solid hints of aniseed. There is also riped fruity notes in the flavour. Moderate yeasty ending. The flavours are being blocked by the overcarbonation of the brew, but the taste comes through when the brew developes in the glass (12.11.2006).

Bottled, brewed 04/2006, batch #31. Almost opaque black, huge tan head. Yeasty, woody aroma, notes of banana. Very carbonated, alcoholic, fruity, estery flavors. Smoked, riped banana flavors. Reasonably balanced.

Bottle 0,5l. Dark brown. An aggressive head that disappeared rather quickly. Dominated by far too high carbonation that owershadows the flavour. Lot of sediments.

Head tries to escape out of the bottle the moment I open it. In the glass itβs huge, coarse-laced, and shrinking fast. Body is opaque black, and at the edges a lighter shade of black, incredibly. Large yeast particles. Aroma is sweetish coffee and licorice. Harmonic, but not very strong. Taste is sweet coffee and licorice, with a dry, burnt aftertaste. Powerful, but still relatively light and easy to drink. Some alcohol heat is noticeable. Some acidity, a touch of chocolate, and some bitterness which is well hidden in all the rest. Quite good, definitely a decent effort. (0.5l bottle.)

An unclear brown beer with a thin brown head. The aroma is sweet malty with primary notes of caramel, but also with lighter notes of wheat and banana - and so is the flavor.

500 ml bottle, Vinmonopolet. Batch No. 31. On the first pour my weissbier glass fills completely with brown foam, which very slowly subsides to form a large and creamy head, on top of an opaque dark brown beer. First a very nice aroma of dark fruits, bakery / rye bread, bananas and cloves, then some less pleasant sidenotes of pepper and artificial candy set in. Flavour is sweet and alcoholic, notes of roasted malts and slightly burnt toast. Fairly bitter finish. This weizenbock is no Aventinus, but still a nice try.
