Bottle from Kris WInes. Pours dark brown with a light tan head. (Heavy) aromas of mik chocolate, warm milk, coffee. Flavours of milk chocolate, cream, coffee, coconut milk. Very heavy on the sweetness angle. This would probably work well with a hamburger. Finishes malty and sweet.

Bottle 12 C, 2009-09-04, Göteborg AR: Liqorice, caramel but most of all vanilla. AP: Dark brown, fudge coloured rocky foam F: Chemical choclate (like the one I bought in Mexico), instant coffe, borborn vanilla AF: Nice choclate flavor??? I’m wondering what the aroma essens was - that were declarred on the lable of the bottle? Wondering even more if the were fermentation in bottle, and how the heck one should se it if the bevarage is black as soot?

aroma is sweet chocolate, toffee, cappuchino, honey, vanilla. appears dark, large brown head. flavor is toffee/desert chocolate, slight roasted stuff, very slight licorice. this one has potential to get too cloying, it was for me.. but then i don’t like light chocolate filled with toffee mash. yuck!.

Bottle at Chris o’s…deep red brown ... light roast malt nose ..roast chocolate malts,lots smooth roasts ... 3.7 Tk2 Bottle at Fins ... Thanks to Fin for a great weekend and some Real intersting beers ... Deep red brown ...Wow im getting teh Aroma from 2 foot away !!! ... sweet chocolate nose thers no doubt ... Again loads of milk chocolate ... quite a lot of coconut ... in both the front and linger ... Too dry and bitter for me... no real depth 3.3

Had this at Chris O’s pre GBBF tasting, 02-08-08 cheers for a wonderful day Chris Pours dark brown, with some light milky chocolate but otherwise very little else on the nose save for perhaps a touch of vanilla. Plenty of chocolate in the mouth but its just a touch thin although there is enough to keep one interested it is a bit of a one trick pony but great for it. A7 A4 F7 P3 OV14 Picked this up in cafe/shop in Ribe, Denmark consumed at home with Craig, Stella and Loz 26-09-08 Had this again really rich milk chocolate, very milky and creamy. This is an indulgent a nose as you could wish for, almost a 10/10. The flavour doesn’t quite live up to the lofty expectations that the aroma suggests. Powdery chocolate, bit like the bottom of the cup of cocoa, some baileys also. A 9 A4 F7 P 3 OV14

Dark brown with medium beige head. Sweet aroma with loads of chocolate and roasted malt. Very sweet flavor with a huge amount of chocolate, roasted malt and caramel notes. Ends sweet. Would go well with a desert.

Bottled (as Kjaerstrup). Deep ambery brown colour with mediumsized brown head. Aroma is fudge and chocolate with some mild coffeeish notes. Flavour is fudge, chocolate, some hoppyness as well as dark dry fruits. The flavour is quite of balance with all there is inside it.
