Brown with a small off-white head. Aroma of cookie spices, anise and brown sugar. Sweet spice flavour with strong sugar notes.

Bottle @ Odense - VV tasting. Pours unclear amber with a small bubbly head. Nose is herbs and spices. Anis and liquorice. Flavor adds a bit of caramel. Very spicy and somewhat dusty. Medium bodied.

Hazy mahogany with a tiny off white head. Sweet yeasty aroma wiyj roasted malt, dark fruits and caramel notes. Sweet flavour with roasted malt, caramel, anise and hints of orange peel. Finished sweet.

Bottle, 6.3%. Hazy dark brown colour. OK semi-stable tan head. Sweet and spicy flavour. Hint of yeast, some sourness. Not too bad, the sourness balances off the sweetness well. High carbonation, good mouthfeel.

Draught @ Ølbaren, Copenhagen. Pours a hazy amber color with an off-white head. Malty spicy aroma with some hints of caramel. Sweet spicy malty flavor with caramel hints. Warming malty finish with some spicy hints.

Bottled. A deep red beer with a thin tan head. The aroma is sweet with primary notes of berries, as well as lighter notes of yeast and spices. The flavor is sweet with notes of berries, alcohol, yeast, spices, and wood, with a hint of an underlying acidity, leading to a dry spicy finish.

Dark nut brown color, small off-white head. Nutty, yeasty and clove spicey aroma. A bit spicey and yeasty, typical Christmasy flavor. Medium-bodied. Some (American?) hops in the aftertaste. Drinkable, but easy to forget.

Bottled. Cloudy brownish amber, fairly brief head. Lightly spicy nose. Medium sweet with light acidity, medium body abd rounded mouthfeel. Fruity and light flavoured - some spices and roasty malt, fizzy metallic finish.

Dark red colour with off-beige head.Aroma of plums and spices.Has a mild taste but is a littel thin i guess.Also with a hint of some berrys.
