This uncompromising New England IPA was created as part of our Winter Affair collaboration with Polish gipsy brewery Ziemia Obiecana. Get ready for the intense tropical aromas of Superdelic, Nelson Sauvin and Citra hops. The addition of Phantasm from Sauvignon Blanc grapes and the use of London Fog and Verdant yeast blend delivers an incredibly smooth and intense fruit profile.

NEIPA, brewed by Winter Affair in collaboration with Polish gipsy brewery Ziemia Obiecana, is a beer that combines our breweries’ passion for this delicious, distinctly hoppy style of beer. We’ve included a combination of three exceptional hops in the recipe – Superdelic, Nelson Sauvin and Citra. Superdelic and CItra bring notes of tropical fruit and citrus, while Nelson Sauvin completes the flavor profile with white grape wine and gooseberry. This intense flavour is further enhanced by Phantasm, a unique extract from Sauvignon Blanc grapes, which, along with White Labs London Fog and Verdant yeast blend, enhances the beer’s tropical aromatics. The result is a perfectly balanced IPA that will completely engulf you with its smoothness, intensity and complexity.
