Can. Hazy orange gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and mildly dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Airy pale malts, a slightly thin creamy sweetness. Intriguing hop choices. Pink hops manage to assert themselves with vanilla, honey notes and apple notes. Nectaron stone fruits come to the fore in the mid. Azacca bring a mild but juicy lemon that is most noticeable on the back end. Light crisp and semi dry finish delivers a mild hop spice. Very nicely done. Love these Pink hops and I wish someone would solo them, they are quite unique.
