50 cl.bottle from Daglig Brugsen. Clear, amber colour with a medium sized head, that fades into a dense, off-white head. Sweet malts, grasses, flowery hops and pepper notes. Medium body with a creamy texture, lively carbonation. Astingent finish with herbal and pepper notes. I rate this beer just over average because of the nice finish with pepper notes.

Bottle @ Home. Pours golden with a offwhite head. Aroma of malt, grass and spices. Taste is malt, grass, green apples and lightly spicy. Medium body, soft carbonation. Not totally bad, but boring and bland. 130811

Clear golden with a large beige head. Sweet and malty aroma with caramel notes. Sweet flavor with toasted malt, caramel and grassy hops. Finished dry and bitter.

clear amber, smooth but fluffy thick offwhite head faint malty, nutty dry aroma. flavor is dry, bitter nutty, roasted caramelly, i think the bitterness is too high, it is not a hoppy or brett bitterness, but rather the kind of bitterness you get from bad nuts.

75cl bottle: Pours amber/orange with a small creamy white head. Nose is fruits & caramel. A bit earthy but pretty tasty & clean overall. Medium bodied. well made though a bit boring!

A slightly hazy copper colored beer with a fluffy off-white head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of fruit and a dusty hop note. The flavor is sweet malty, but with a weak body inspite of the 6% ABV, with notes of caramel and some dusty hops. The mouthfeel is very sparkling due to a high (too high) level of carbonation. Boring.
