Bottle at Borefts Day 2 23/09/2017. A hazed orange / gold no head. Aroma is lovely floral notes, elderflower, vibrant, little soapy. Flavour is composed of tart tangy gooseberry, elderflower,lacto sour, tangy fruit. Palate is semi sweet, and sour, spicy sour.

From bag in box during Carnivale Brettanomyces 2017. Floral citric aroma with lots of elderflower. Sweetishflavor with peach and elderflower, lots of the latter. Flat. But very tasty and aromatic. @ Borefts 2017. Golden color. Strong elderflower aroma. Citrus. Bone dry, sour flavor with elderflower, citrus. Delicious!

Borefts IX, Day 2. Keg. Hazy gold beer, no head. Light palate, fairly dry and with reasonable fine carbonation. Thin malts. Mildly tart elderflower. Little lemon and orange. Light dry finish. Pleasant elderflower but a bit dry.

Clear light amber colour, white head. Aroma of elderflower, bell pepper, quite meaty, sour citrus notes. Sour flavour, lemon, elderflower. Finish elderflower, and loads of it! Nice!!

Bottle 750ml. @ 9th. BBF 2017 [ 9th Borefts Beer Festival 2017 ] @ Brouwerij de Molen, Bodegraven, Netherlands. [ As Tommie Sjef Bloesem ].Unclear light to medium amber colour with a small, virtually no head. Aroma is heavy elderflowers, leather, funky. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light acidic with a long duration, elderflowers, tart, funky. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20170922] 7-2-7-3-14
