Bottle. Murky amber, no bead, soda fizzy. Dusty melanoidin nose, light body, some cake chewiness, fairly bland overall.

500 ml bottle, probably from Voldby Købmandsgaard. Like all beers from this brewery, it is organic. BB date was 6. Oct. 2012. ABV is 5.4%. Deep golden to brown colour, slightly hazy. Low white head. Fruity aroma of over-ripe berries and stale jam. Fizzy mouthfeel. The flavour has the same fruity notes as the aroma, but is not too sweet. Unfortunately there is hardly any sign of hops.

50 cl bottle (5,4%). Lot 071110-120
Started to foam out of the bottle immediately when opening. Aroma is somewhat floury with slightly tart with some fruits, berries and yeast. Feels like belgian. Flavour is tart with citron, apricot, some rhubarb and nettles. High viscosity. Decent, but not an Amber Ale in any way. Belgian Ale perhaps.

Bottle @ Odense Summer Tasting, 2011. Pours cloudy golden with a small white head. Sweet nose. Malts, citrus and grain. A bit of a dusty homebrew feel to it. Phenolics. . . Almost drinkable. Hats off . .

Bottled. Cloudy amber, no head. Light caramelly aroma. Sweet and fruity with clean mouthfeel. Dominated by toffee and caramel. Low bitterness. Pretty good, if a bit syrupy.
