Barrel aged wild ale with local raspberries
This is a blend of three batches of wild ales aged in wine and bourbon barrels for 2-2,5 years. This blend spent 5 months fermenting in our oak foeder with 320 g/L of Glen Ample and Stiora raspberries from Stjørdal and Byneset.Naturally carbonated in the bottle.

Bottle, 375ml. Unclear candy-red and almost headless. Nice raspberry aroma and flavor. Pleasant acidity. Funk, some oak hints and a grassy touch. Lasting finish. Refreshing and quenching, sure not on the sweet side. 747414 250906
