Mirage 5 is a blend of vintages of wild-fermented beer aged in oak barrels. Semi-dry and balanced, and with a full mouthfeel. Complex taste of cloudberries, citrus, sour apricot, grape, grass, grain, umami and balsamic vinegar. Brewed with Norwegian grain.

170ml draught at Ølhallen. Next-to-clear dark golden body, patches on the surface, fragile lacing. Inviting on the nose with berry skins and ripe citrus moments. Superficial tasting at company beer tasting. 2023 edition. Almost clear golden under a moderate sized head. Aroma is funky and acidic. Taste is funky and acidic as well with complexity and high drinkability. Like a fine, classic geuze in general.
