Gulbrun noe tåkete med hvitt skum. Lukter noe eddik, sjø og lys stenfrukt. Lett. Fruktig og sursyrlig. Smaker noe salt, sure stenfrukter, rabarbra, sitrus og eddik. Middels lang.

170ml draught at Ølhallen. Next-to-clear dark golden body, patches on the surface, fragile lacing. Inviting on the nose with berry skins and ripe citrus moments. Blended taste of cloudberries, ripe citrus fruit, and grain, moderate acidity to it. Drying close, long lived. Well bodied. Like it. (Tromsø, 18.09.2025).

Superficial tasting at company beer tasting. 2023 edition. Almost clear golden under a moderate sized head. Aroma is funky and acidic. Taste is funky and acidic as well with complexity and high drinkability. Like a fine, classic geuze in general.

0,75 flaske fra Statens postordrekatalog, delt hjemme med Einar: lett uklar gylden med kort skum. Pirrende aroma og god sursyrlig smak med aprikoser, mandarin, multer, tranebær og eik/vanilje i en elegant maltkropp. Raffinert drikke.

PYGG. Golden -orange-brown color with an off-white head. Aroma and flavor is sourness, oak, alcohol, berries, green grape, vinegar. Nice.
