Brewed from 100% local honey sourced directly from Phantom Farms, this mead captures the terroir of the Blackstone Valley in every sip. Herbal and floral flavors dance on your palate, with subtle notes of orchard blooms. This dry mead embodies the spirit of the land and the quiet magic of bees - silent workers who bring the farm to life, now enjoyed here at PFB.

16 Can. Thanks clarkvv?? Crystal clear looks like a seltzer. Aroma is weak plastic, old tennis balls? Bizarre as all hell. Unfortunately, the flavor is the same. Melted plastic, and some weird rubber affects. One of the worst beverages I had in a long time! Christ!!

Can undated, drunk 3/15/25.
Ultra clear. No head.
Bad smelling. Awful phenols. Dental things. Medicinal.
Medicinal, bitter, bubble gum, diaper. Lots of heavy diaper. Saccharine. Just shockingly bad.

Can shared by Clarkvv (thank you, Clark, for saving me the trouble of going here for this) with membership group. Crystal clear w/light sparkle, no head/lacing (looks like a seltzer). Aroma is strong rubber (defuzzed tennis ball). Taste is super sugary sweet (anise?). Smooth, thin texture, soft carbonation & finish as taste. This is a mead? Not sure what style this would be.
