This farmhouse ale spent quality time in white wine barrels and came out smoother, funkier, and sophisticated. Notes of peach mingle with soft oak and a touch of farmhouse funk, making every sip taste like a picnic in a French vineyard. It's a little tart, a little dry, and just fancy enough to make you consider drinking it with your pinky up.

Ashland location draught, 3/15/25.
Lightly-to-moderately hazy, blonde-maize-golden. Small, white head, slowly to edge.
Nose is evident peach, though not so sure it smells like real/whole peaches. Maybe a puree; hopefully not flavoring/concentrate. Not getting much in the way of barrel and only a bit of yeast character showing it as vaguely Belgian. Honey and white bread malt is fairly strong. Clean, though.
Again, clean, very peachy, though not the most authentic tasting peach character. Supple texture with chewy wheat-like character and maybe some oak tannin, but very scant on the actual oak or white wine character. Some acidity from barrel-aging, I suppose. Clean.
