Smooth as an Irish goodbye and twice as charming, this red ale delivers big malt flavor without overstaying its welcome. A kiss of caramel, a touch of toast, and a clean, dry finish make it the perfect pint for long stories and longer nights. Just Don't be surprised if you suddenly start calling everyone 'lad" or "lass".

Ashland location draught, 3/17/25.
There, I did it, I had an Irish red ale on St. Patrick's day...
Clear, deep auburn-ruby-amber. Small, dark beige head, moderate retention.
Base malt is first and foremost, with a light fruitiness from the yeast, hint of herbal hop, bit of pepper and only a touch of roast to deepen complexity. Clean.
Wow, can't believe how much this brewery has come along...this is actually incredibly well-done. Not over-toasted/roasted, no big caramel and mostly plentiful base malt adding great depth. Strong attenuation with some biscuit and very light roast. Complex, flavorful, balanced and easy drinking.
