The owner tweaks recipes frequently and mine is much more orange than Clark’s pic below. Nose is strawberry and grapefruit. Tastes similar with some herbs and bread. Medium bodied. Flavorful brew.

Heavily hazy, bronze-maize-golden. Small, white head, quickly to ring.
White wine, juice and spice backed by ample honey and white bread-like malts. Really clean, clear and fruity with excellent spicy balance and no twang or heavy pineapple.
Malty, juicy, fruity, good acidity. Great attenuation and excellent malt depth. Well God damn. These guys went from "I can't even finish a sample" to "I want to come here often and try everything" in only a few years. Hell yeah! Zesty, good acidity and white wine lingering. Rich malts.
