A black NEIPA as collab with our friends of Brouwerij Skøllmann, that is the roasty bitterness of the black malts and bitterhops, but also a lot of creamy fruitiness of the oat, wheat, Verdant yeast and off-course a big hop-bill, with Nectaron and HBC472 !

A: fried mushroom, pine nuts, bay leaf, grapefruit peel, red onion, mango.
T: sweetish mango, plum, brambleberry, bitter pine, umami mushroom.
F: piney & earthy hops, softly roasted coffee, juicy stonefruit, black pepper.
P: medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation.
Delicately switching between different styles, which delivers a quite complex and enjoyable BIPA experience.

A very dark brown, almost black beer with a beige head. Aroma of roasted dark malt, coffee powder, resins. Taste of chocolate, toffee, caramel, roasted dark malt, resinous hops, moderate bitterness.

Little cloudy brown to black beer, creamy dense beige head, stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: nice, good, herbal and fruity hops, a bit resinous, slightly dank, a hint of marijuana, some onions, a good roast underneath it all, topped off with zesty aromas, quite some citrus, nice! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice stuff, very hoppy start, lots of citrus, bitter, good roast, very refreshing, some caramel malts, more zesty, some grapefruit, a hint of coffee. Aftertaste: pleasant bitterness, hoppy, some citrus, grassy, slightly yeasty, some banana, more yeast, bitter and dry finish, good roast with dark chocolate and cocoa powder.
