Fur Lager is a bottom-fermented beer of the Lager type. It is Central European inspired and brewed with three different types of malt, including chocolate malt - as well as bitter hops and aroma hops, which are added four times.
A calm and clear beer with a color like deep, reddish-golden amber. Small bubbles with a dense cream-colored head with a long shelf life, which gives fine lace on the glass. Fur Lager has a fruity aroma with a fresh tone of flowers. And is experienced as fresh, round and with a characterful, well-balanced malty taste.

Bottled. Deep golden, rich head. Lightly orangey nose. Medium sweet with rounded, fairly soft mouthfeel and medum body. Citric finish with near no bitterness. Technichally very correct, but to make a good beer you need to dare more.

Hazy orange-gold; medium, yellowish & dense head. Cacaobutter & grain nose, bit cookie-like. Taste’s not cacaobutter anymore - but peanutbutter. Some sweet malts, but definitely peanutbutter, including the oily, roasted flavours. Very weird taste, finishing in a faint unripe plum flavour. Fatty, oily MF, somewhat chinged by the carbonation. Fatty acids? Utterly unorthodox lager (IS this bottom-fermenting?) But not really succeeded, IMO.

[At Jyske Øldage 2004, Koldking] A hazy orange beer with an OK off-white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of caramel and quite hoppy of a nice mixture. The flavor is sweet with a great balance toward the dry hoppy end.
