750ml bottle from Drinkswell, Ripon. 2.5%. Yellow golden colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of pear, apple, woody, vanilla. Taste is sweet juicy pear, some tartness, fruity, vanilla and hints of honey, caramel. Slightly syrupy mouthfeel, medium bodied, fine carbonation, dry tart finish. Quite drinkable.

Dobry cydr z gruszkowego sfermentowanego soku. Chyba jeden z najlepszych jakie pilem w tym gatunku. Polecam kazdemu. Ciemno zoltawa barwa i wyrazny aromat swiezych gruszek, a w smaku juz jakby stare ulegalki. Gruszkowa soczystosc i slodkosc guruje tu nad wszelkimi innymi smakami. Male nagazowanie i niewielka piana. Ladna butelka z ciekawa etykieta.

Unclear matt medium yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate pear - apple, sweet pear, vanilla. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet with a average to long duration, sweet pear - apple, vanilla, pear, light earthy apple - pear. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120529]

75 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is citric perry fruity and light yeasty. Sweet, citric and crisp perry juicy. Sweet and light citric finish. Almost apple like citric.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a cloudy pale yellow with a white head. Rustic, skewed pear aroma - unclean farmhouse style. Light body, sweet pear and apple, again slightly unclean and fusty in a farmhouse style, ends on a slightly tart note. Quite fresh and enjoyable really. 290512
