Electric Unicorn is a hop-infused white ale; best enjoyed while riding a mystical mono-horned laser beast, racing through the galaxy to the sonic backdrop of screaming metal guitars, time to ditch reality and take this India Pale fairy tale for a ride.

650 ml bottle. Pours a clear yellow/gold with light head and lots of carbonation. Aromas of bananas and cloves, grass and yeast. Malty up front with citrus and banana flavors. Maybe a bit of white pepper and coriander. Has Belgian White characteristics, but also has unique notes. Quite refreshing independent of style.

Bottle. Hazy pale yellow, white layer. Green citric hops, light wheat body, mellow sparkly mouthfeel. orangepeel and lemongrass notes, the wit spices shine through, slightly perfumed. Pleasant balance in the aromatics.

650mL bottle, pours a clear golden blond with a small white head. Nose is full of fruity esters, with oranges and lemons, some light Belgian spices (coriander), and some mild floral hops. Flavour combines some nice dry Belgian spices, with banana and citrusy zest. There is some malty sweetness here, which are essentially the banana notes, which combine very well with the semi-dry floral hops and Belgian spices. A bit too much banana to make this one that great. But despite this not really being an IPA, it's still moderately enjoyable.
