Electric Unicorn is a hop-infused white ale; best enjoyed while riding a mystical mono-horned laser beast, racing through the galaxy to the sonic backdrop of screaming metal guitars, time to ditch reality and take this India Pale fairy tale for a ride.

Keg at 1925 Brewing Co., Singapore. Hazy pale golden, creamy head. Fruity nose with lots of guava. Sweet with solid body and well rounded, somewhat oily mouthfeel. Mango and guava dominates. Fairly mild bitterness.

341ml bottle. Pours a hazy yellow with a medium, frothy, long lasting, white head that leaves curtains of lace. Sweet aroma of lemon, tropical fruit, coriander and yeast. Sweet flavour of wheat malt, lemon, tropical fruit, coriander and yeast with a dry, hoppy, bitter grass finish. Medium body with a smooth, oily texture and average carbonation. A tasty ipa/ witbier hybrid.

light start but as warms up becomes cloying. It went from like 3.7 quickly downwards. Drink quickly.

Pretty nice wild label on the fantasy side. Pours a hazy light-golden colour with a big frothy white head, great retention and fluffy lacing. So looks like a white beer, but the IPA comes out in the aromas and taste. Big hop grass nose with some light witbier yeast, lemon notes and spices. The hops taste better than they smell. Not as strong, better balanced, fresher grass. Some more lemon and spices. Goes down nicely and a nice mix of two great styles.

Draft - Nice light leafy hops. Clear gold with a nice white head. Lychee, some other tropical notes and Belgian yeast. Not bad.

Bottle: Poured a hazy yellow color ale with a nice pure white foamy head with good retention. Aroma of citrusy hops with lightly sweet wheat malt notes is quite refreshing. Taste is a nice mix between some lightly sweet wheat malt notes with some citrusy hops notes which are well balanced against the malt bill. Body is pretty full for style with good carbonation. doesn’t re-write the rule book but very enjoyable nonetheless.

Bottle from the LCBO. Slightly hazy pale yellow with a large fluffy white head that lingers and leaves patchy lace. Nose of citrus, pine, tea and light honey with some yeasty notes. Very light sweet start with light bitter middle and light pepper throughout. Mouth is medium light with soft carbonation and a dry finish. Flavour doesn’t quite live up to the promise of the nose. This nose leans towards an IPA and the taste more on the wit side.

Hazy blonde, fresh aroma with a lot of papaya, melon and mandarin hops, along with a dash of yeast and some spiciness. Earthy, fruity, peachy character. Moderate bitterness but lots of fruity dry hop character, wit malt sweetness and background spice. Nice character, sweet but refreshing.

Very nice hoppy aroma, fresh, peachy and citrusy (7.5). Soft mouthfeel, with moderate spicy wheat character and a good fruity hopping, citrusy and very peachy; maybe a bit to sweet for the style, but very good anyway.

Hazy blond color. The aroma is fresh, citrusy, very peachy. The mouthfeel is lean and quite smooth; not much malt flavor, a bit of wheat, an impression of pond water, peachy hops, a bit of yeast spices; correct bitterness.
It has the hop qualities, not the bitterness of a (white) IPA , mind, this is not a sin.
Nice.
