75cl bottle from the brewery. Cracked after a painful arthroscan on my wrist. Clear gold appearance. Honeyed lambic nose. Wild lambic air hits you first before a wave of honey, cider elements lick the palate but rarely leave a mark. Crisp and impactful.

0.75l, thx Zhenya for sharing! Hazy full yellow body, off-white head. Citrusy, appley sharp sour aroma, some hay, funk, bit grainy. Smooth lean light well carbonated taste, with a big but not overdone sour kick. Lovely appley notes, green apple, elegant funk, hay, low spice, herbal touches. Lovely stuff!

CBHWS2025. Hazy yellow colour, minor head. Aroma is tart fruits, some honey, mild yeasty spiciness and some wooden tones. Flavour is tart fruits, some mild honey, a bit yeasty spicines with some wooden and mild funk to it. Good sipper.
