Can. HOTM. Hazed pale gold. Slim lasting almost fully lacing bright white foam. Nose has clean dry grain. Crisp mineraly notes. Some dried lemon and a bit of well overripe orange. Not too much else going on. Taste is bright light bitterness with barely a hint of sweetness. Crisp and dry on the palate. Clean citrus bitterness to finish. Steady away pow wow. Grows on you. Sank it, to be fair.

A light haze on this gold beer, small and short lived pale cream colour head. Palate is light and mildly dry, a good fine minerally crispness. The promised lemongrass is obvious but slightly recessed. Crisp pine. Yeah, fruit salad sweets on the back end. Light crisp finish. Really nice new hop but again, I think a lot of it will need to be used. A dipa of this would be a very interesting thing indeed.
