The Siren of the Seas is a fickle creature: benevolent or spiteful, she can bestow a safe passage and bountiful catch, or provoke storms and shipwrecks. Sailors have long cast gifts of flowers, food or trinkets into the sea in exchange for good fortune. Talisman - our delicately dry-hopped and golden-hued ale with its tropical and citrusy aroma - may be just the thing to encourage the siren’s blessing.

At the source: pours golden with white head. Aroma is light grass and pine. Easy drinking and light. Nothing complex or crazy but good enough.

Lots of wet mandarin orange on the nose, juicy. Foggy yellow body and minimal head. Bready and hoppy flavour with a wet finish. Drinkable but unrefined and not measy enough to be intentional.

Hazy, light amber. Smells good - fresh berries, orange, grapefruit, lavender...good stuff. Light body, lots of hops, maybe a bit too light but a nice refreshing ISA.

Draft - Sweet tropical fruit and more sweet tropical fruit. Orange gold with a decent beige head. Lots of fruity notes, a crap ton of fruity (mosaic?) hops. Sweet, fruity and easy drinking.
