Have you ever stopped and wondered how many different hop combinations there might be for making IPA...
Don’t worry, we don’t math that well either. So instead of telling you about how hop permutations provide nuanced bitterness, amazing aromas and incredibly rich flavors, we just called the beer Every Everything.
Why? Because the IPA you drink should have The Every Everything hoppiness you need in a beer. Sometimes it really is that simple.

Tasty WCIPA, lots of sweet citrus and pine and caramel, a nice mix of modern juicy notes and old school IPA goodness. Solid pint.

On tap at The Church by The Lost Abbey, pours a clear copper golden with a small white head. Aroma has gentle piney hops, melon, and soft fruitiness. Flavour has soft piney hops, gentle melon and other stone fruits, and a dry bready malt base. Great soft pine and stone fruitiness. Very good.

Pint can pours with a crystal clear deep gold colored body that supports a nice slightly off white head of foam. The modest aroma offers up yeasty ester like fruitiness followed by soft smelling tropical hops, a dash of citrus hops and then a hint of spicy hoppiness. Another pull reveals a sense of dry mango cotton candy. The taste delivers fairly complex kind of Belgium like yeastiness with some esters, some yeasty spices (leaning peppery but not peppery) and then heading into some soft tropical fruity hoppiness. I'm getting vague citrus hop flavor and slivers of bitterness toward the finish. Pretty fun brew.

Mostly grapefruit in this. Sometihhng like smoke as well, which is kind of odd. Is that the Eclipse hops? Pours clear golden with ok head. Mediym body, big bitterness in the end. Lots of rind. A little butter I'm suprised to taste in Lost Abbey though. Tap at Churchkey.

Deep gold, full pale malt character. Moderate bitterness. Good balance, would not mind more hop brightness.
