When, our friends from Fifth Hammer and Finback in NYC made the schlep down to Hong Kong, we had to brew something special together. Hazy beers are the schtik of east coast breweries so we made one that's perfect for the local summer. Dry hopped with a heady combination of Citra and Mosaic at a 20g/L hopping rate, Annie Haze is totally crushable, with a moderate summer-friendly ABV, pillowy texture and juicy hoppiness.

少爺啤與來自美國的Fifth Hammer和Finback Brewery合釀一款hazy pale ale。 Annie Haze乃是一款混濁淡愛爾啤酒，在釀造時加入大量啤酒花，令其充滿啤酒花香和果香，而且口感柔順，簡直就是「啤友」的夏天恩物。

Hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma of floral hops, green weeds and light fruity notes behind. Flavour is light to light moderate sweet and moderate bitter. Light to medium bodied with soft carbonation.

On tap at Tipsy Tap, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out plenty of chalky yeast, dank hops, and pulpy oranges. Flavour is pithy, with gently dank hops, orangey notes, and yeast. A little chalky but it works well enough. Decent.

Can from Brewcraft at home. Hazy dull lemon yellow with fuzzy dense white head. Aroma is zesty sour lemon with tropical fruit in the background. Taste is very tart and bitter - lemon, some mild pineapple, super dry pithy finish. Pretty bitter. Texture is smooth and frothy. Not bad.

Tap at BeerFest Asia XI Edition, Singapore. Poured a hazy light golden colour with a thin white head. The aroma is grainy malt, yeasty, dry mineral, floral hop. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a light, crisp, yeasty floral, light tart grapefruit citrus palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.
