Panda courtesy of Theydon_Bois, cheers Colin! Gluten Free. Maroon colour, bubbly head and aroma of vanilla, raspberry, almonds. Taste is sweet & tart, raspberry, ice cream, vanilla, with some almond notes and bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying berry finish with sweetness & tartness. Nicely drinkable.

Nose is sweet, raspberry jelly, trifle, sugars.
Taste comprises raspberry, vanilla, lactic tang, sugars, berry pips.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light puckering kiss.
Okay for the sub genre.

Panda thanks to Wingman. A light haze on this magenta colour beer, small bubbly pale magenta colour head. Airy palate, mildly dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Tart berry fruits, some mild acid, never burns thanks to the creamy vanilla offset. Some Parma Violets on the back end. A light and semi dry finish. Another very fun brew. Punchy tart fruits buy well offset by the candy aspects.
